Ingredients
- Veal - 2 lbs
- Carrot - 3.5 oz
- Onion - 2.6 oz
- Parsley - 1.8 oz
- Butter - 2.1 oz
- Wheat Flour - 0.9 oz
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the meat into small pieces and place it in a pot. Cover with cold water and add salt. Put it on the heat, skimming off the foam during cooking. When it boils, add the vegetables and simmer on low heat.
Step 2
At the same time, prepare a white sauce in another pot, similar in consistency to sour cream.
Step 3
Remove the vegetables, and pour the sauce over the meat. If the chulama is not served immediately, keep the pot in hot water, placing a few pieces of butter on top to prevent a film from forming. You can add slices of mushrooms sautéed in butter to the sauce.
