Ingredients
- Veal - 12.3 oz
- Ricotta cheese - 5 tablespoons
- Spanish onions - 3.5 oz
- Ramiro Pepper - 3.5 oz
- Capers - 1.8 oz
- Chili jam - 2 teaspoons
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese - 2 tablespoons
- Ocean salt - to taste
- Olive Oil - 2 tablespoons
Step by Step guide

Finely chop the pepper.
Step 2
Finely chop the onion.
Step 3
Heat olive oil in a skillet.
Step 4
Add the onion to the skillet and sauté for 2–3 minutes over medium heat, stirring.
Step 5
Grate the cheese using a fine grater.
Step 6
In a bowl, mix the pepper, cheese, and sautéed onion.
Step 7
Finely chop the capers.
Step 8
Add the minced meat to the vegetables and season with salt.

Add ricotta cheese and capers to the minced meat.

Add chili sauce.

Mix thoroughly.
Step 12
Form small cutlets and place them in the skillet. Sauté over high heat for 2–3 minutes.

Flip and sauté for another 5–7 minutes over slightly lower than medium heat.
Step 14
Transfer to a plate. Let cool slightly and serve.
