  • Ricotta cheese - 5 tablespoons
  • Spanish onions - 3.5 oz
  • Ramiro Pepper - 3.5 oz
  • Capers - 1.8 oz
  • Chili jam - 2 teaspoons
  • Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese - 2 tablespoons
  • Ocean salt - to taste
  • Olive Oil - 2 tablespoons

Finely chop the pepper.

Heat olive oil in a skillet.
