- Veal - 21.2 oz
- Ham - 14.1 oz
- Clarified Butter - 1.8 oz
- Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
- Lemon - 1 piece
- Salt - to taste
- Cream - 1.8 oz
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Tenderize the veal pieces well, sprinkle with pepper, salt, and drizzle with lemon juice. Place a slice of ham and half of a hard-boiled egg on each cutlet. Roll them up and tie with string.
Step 2
Fry in clarified butter in a roasting pan or deep skillet for 10 minutes.
Step 3
Add cream, cover with a lid, bring to a boil, and keep on heat for another 5–7 minutes.
