Ingredients
- Veal - 42.3 oz
- Ghee - 1.8 oz
- Ground Cumin - a pinch
- Lemon - 2 pieces
- Parsley - 0.7 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Heat ghee in a skillet and season it with cumin.
Step 2
Slice the veal into large, thin pieces no thicker than five millimeters. You can also tenderize the meat by gently pounding it with the bottom of a large frying pan, placing the meat between two sheets of plastic wrap beforehand.
Step 3
Season the veal with salt and pepper, then sear it in clarified butter with cumin for thirty seconds on each side.
Step 4
Place the meat in a warm spot, and in the skillet with oil, squeeze the juice of two lemons, add finely chopped parsley, and simmer, stirring, for two to three minutes.
Step 5
Pour the sauce over the veal and serve.
