Description

  • Salt - to taste
  • Milk - 17 fl oz

Cut the veal into small pieces weighing no more than 30 grams, sprinkle with salt, and divide into two portion-sized clay pots.

Step 2

Pour cold milk over the meat in the pots and place them in the oven. Cook at medium temperature for about 40 minutes. If the pieces of meat are still too large, increase the cooking time.
