Step by Step guide
Step 1
Sear the liver in 'Bake' mode for 10 minutes on each side.
Step 2

Step 3
Slice the onion into rings, sauté in a lightly oiled multicooker bowl in the same mode for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 4
