  • Shallot - 2 pieces
  • Vinegar essence - 2 tablespoons
  • Thyme - 2 teaspoons
  • Bay leaf - 1 piece
  • Olive Oil - to taste
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Sear the liver in 'Bake' mode for 10 minutes on each side.

Step 2

Season with salt and pepper, then transfer to a separate plate.

Step 3

Slice the onion into rings, sauté in a lightly oiled multicooker bowl in the same mode for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Step 4

Add raspberry vinegar, thyme, bay leaf, and the liver, and simmer in 'Stew' mode for 30 minutes. Serve immediately.
