Veal Liver in Sour Cream
Ingredients
- Veal Liver - 15.9 oz
- 20% Sour Cream - 10.6 oz
- Parsley - 0.5 oz
- Onion - 7.8 oz
- Lemon-Pepper Mix - ½ teaspoon
- Butter - 1.4 oz
- Olive Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Finely chop the herbs and coarsely chop the onion.
Step 2
Cut the liver into cubes.
Step 3
Heat the olive oil and butter in a deep skillet.
Step 4
Add the liver and onion to the oil.
Step 5
After 4 minutes, stir and reduce the heat.
Step 6
After another 3–4 minutes, add salt and stir.
Step 7
After 2 minutes, add the sour cream. Stir.
Step 8
Season with the pepper mix.
Step 9
Stir and cover with a lid. Reduce the heat a bit more.
Step 10
After 7 minutes, remove from heat, add the herbs, and stir.
Step 11
Transfer to a deep dish and serve.
