  • Canned Baby Beets - 1 can
  • Onion - 1 head
  • Carrot - 1 piece
  • Chinese green beans - 1 piece

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Boil the liver.

Step 2

Sauté the carrot and onion (sliced into half rings).

Step 3

Cut the liver into thin strips.

Step 4

Slice the Chinese cabbage into thin strips.

Step 5

Mix all the ingredients and add mayonnaise. Salt to taste.
