Ingredients
- Veal Liver - 2 lbs
- Garlic - 1 head
- Vegetable Oil - 1 fl oz
- Soy Sauce - 3 fl oz
- Cognac - 1.8 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut fresh veal liver into cubes about 3 cm by 3 cm, mix with minced garlic, soy sauce, cognac, and vegetable oil, and let marinate for half an hour, no longer.
Step 2
Preheat the grill plate, wiping it with a cut onion. Skewer the liver onto small skewers and grill on a hot grill for no more than 7 minutes, turning occasionally.
Step 3
When serving, sprinkle with fresh cilantro and serve with sour cream mixed with chili paste.
