  • Garlic - 3 cloves
  • Mild Chili Spice - 1 piece
  • Shelled pumpkin seeds - 1.1 oz
  • Parsley - 0.4 oz
  • Rosemary - 0.4 oz
  • Olive Oil - 2 fl oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Wrap the potatoes in foil, drizzling with olive oil and sprinkling with fresh rosemary.

Brush the rib chop with olive oil and grill until medium rare to medium. Cut in half and coat in ground pumpkin seeds.
