- Honey - 2 tablespoons
- Dijon Mustard - 2 tablespoons
- Salt - a pinch
- Ground Black Pepper - ½ teaspoon
- Orange Bell Peppers - 2 pieces
- Long-Grain Rice - 3.5 oz

Cut the veal into thin slices, 0.5 cm thick and 10x10 cm in size.

Mix ground black pepper, salt, honey, and mustard.

Marinate the veal slices in the mixture for 1 hour.

Cut the bell pepper into strips, 1x0.3 cm, and sprinkle with salt.

Cook the rice, rinse it, and mix it with the bell pepper.

Place the rice and pepper mixture on each slice of veal and roll them up.

Arrange the rolls in a baking dish and bake in the oven covered with foil for 30 minutes, then remove the foil, turn them over, and bake for another 15 minutes.
