Ingredients
- Vinegar essence - 1½ tablespoons
- Veal Tenderloin - 35.3 oz
- Parsley - 1 bunch
- 20% Sour Cream - 3 tablespoons
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Onion - 2 heads
- Non-alcoholic sparkling wine - 1 cup
- Lemon - 1 piece

Step 1
Cut the veal tenderloin into pieces of 2.5 cm. Soak them for 2–2.5 hours. After that, drain the water. Mix the meat with chopped parsley, squeeze the juice of 1 lemon, add sour cream, and then add 1.5 tablespoons of vinegar. Add salt and pepper. Slice the onion into rings. Mix everything together and leave in a cool place for at least 8 hours.
Step 2
The coals should be moderately strong and evenly arranged in the grill. Turn the shashlik more often to ensure it cooks evenly.
