- Apple - 3 pieces
- Honey - 2 tablespoons
- Olive Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Dried Rosemary - 1 teaspoon

Pound the veal, season with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Prepare the marinade: mix soy sauce, honey, and olive oil, add crushed garlic and spices (rosemary, oregano, mint).

Let the meat marinate for about 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, peel the apples and slice them into rounds. Crush the walnuts.

Preheat the oven to 356°F. Line a baking tray with foil and grease it with butter. Place the meat on it, top with apples, and sprinkle with paprika, cinnamon, and walnuts. Cover with foil.
