Description

- Veal Fillet - 2 lbs
- Ghee - 1.8 oz
- Lemon - 1 piece
- Butter - 1.8 oz
- Soy Sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Cilantro - 0.7 oz
- Garlic - 4 cloves
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Slice the veal into thin slices, about 3-4 mm thick, and lightly pound them using a small skillet or saucepan as a mallet. Pat dry with paper towels, then season with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Heat clarified butter in a skillet and sear the veal for thirty seconds on each side.
Step 3
In a saucepan, melt the butter, add finely chopped garlic and coarsely chopped cilantro, pour in one tablespoon of soy sauce, and squeeze in the juice of a lemon — then immediately remove from heat.
Step 4
Drizzle the resulting sauce over the veal and serve. For even juicier meat, you can coat it in a small amount of flour before frying.
