- White Cabbage - ½ piece
- Red Currant - ¼ head
- Onion - 2.8 oz

Step 1
Finely shred the savoy cabbage to make 3 cups, and shred the red cabbage the same way to make 3 cups.
Step 2
In a bowl, mix the olive oil, vinegar, sugar, cumin seeds, a little salt, and pepper. Add both cabbages and 0.3 cups of finely chopped onion. Mix well and serve.
