Ingredients
- Vegetable Broth - 16 fl oz
- Cornstarch - 1 fl oz
- Spices - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Nutritional yeast - 1 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Heat the broth. Set aside a small amount of hot broth in a bowl.
Step 2
Add the cornstarch. Set aside.
Step 3
Add the nutritional yeast and spices to the hot broth. Stir until all ingredients are dissolved.
Step 4
Add the cornstarch mixture and cook until it reaches your desired thickness. A few minutes should be enough.
Step 5
Season with salt and pepper.
