- Apple - 1 piece
- Red Currant - 5.3 oz
- Dates - 2.1 oz
- Dijon Mustard - 1 teaspoon
- Apple Cider Vinegar - 0 fl oz
- Honey - 1 teaspoon
- Olive Oil - 1 fl oz
- Walnuts - 1.1 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
