Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - ½ cup
- 3.2% Milk - ½ cup
- Activated Baking Soda - 0.2 teaspoons
- Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
- Kefir - ⅓ cup
- Salt - to taste
- Khmeli-suneli - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Courgette - 1 piece
- Onion - ½ head
- Potato - 1 piece
- Broccoli - to taste
- Carrot - 2.1 oz
- Goat cheese - to taste
- Chinese green beans - 2 tablespoons
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese - 3 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
For the batter, mix the flour, milk, eggs, a bit of kefir, and add the baking soda in a bowl. Then add the grated cheese, salt, and spices to taste.
Step 2
Spread a thin layer of carrots on the bottom of the baking dish, pour in part of the batter. Add the broccoli and beans. Pour in a little more batter, leaving some for the top layer. Then layer the sliced onion, zucchini, and tomato. Pour the remaining mixture on top and place thin slices of goat cheese.
Step 3
Place in an oven preheated to 374°F (375 degrees Fahrenheit) and bake for about 50 minutes.
