Description
We recommend using yellow peppers to make the salad look more vibrant. If you don't eat meat or want to prepare a vegetarian salad for someone, simply omit the beef.
Ingredients
- Mixed salad greens - 2.8 oz
- Marinated cherries - 10 pieces
- Sweet Pepper - 1 piece
- Veal Tenderloin - 7.1 oz
- Lemon - ¼ pieces
- Lime - ½ pieces
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Ginger - 0.5 oz
- Mint - 1 bunch
- Worcestershire Sauce - 1 fl oz
- Yakiniku sauce - 0.7 oz
- Soy Sauce - 0 fl oz
- Balsamic Vinegar - 0 fl oz
- Honey - 0.4 oz
- Dijon Mustard - 0.4 oz
- Olive Oil - 1 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
First, wash all the vegetables, fruits, and herbs, and then dry them. Peel the garlic, ginger, and chili.
Step 2
Then slice the beef into pieces.
Step 3
Sear the beef in olive oil over high heat for one minute on each side.
Step 4
Then add the Worcestershire sauce, stir everything together, and cook for another minute.
Step 5
Add the teriyaki sauce, stir the meat, and after a minute, remove the skillet from the heat. Let it rest while you prepare the rest.
Step 6
Grate or finely chop the ginger and garlic (you can use a garlic press for both). Mash the honey with the mint leaves. Then add the soy sauce, lime and lemon juice, grated ginger and garlic, vinegar, and mustard. Now dilute this mixture with olive oil and mix thoroughly.
Step 7
Cut the cherry tomatoes into halves or quarters.
Step 8
Slice the pepper into thin strips.
Step 9
In a large bowl, combine the mixed salad greens, tomatoes, and bell pepper. Pour the prepared dressing over the salad and toss it well.
Step 10
Arrange the salad on a flat plate. Top the vegetables with pieces of beef.
