  • Tarragon - 2 teaspoons
  • Carrot - 12.3 oz
  • Turnip - 12.3 oz
  • Green Peas (pod) - 2 cups
  • Sugar Snap Peas - 8.8 oz
  • Herbed Olive Oil - ¼ cup
  • Mint - 2 teaspoons

Step by Step guide

Step 1

To prepare the vegetable garland, boil sliced carrots and turnips in salted boiling water for two minutes. Add the peas and cook everything for another 1-2 minutes.

Step 2

Drain the water and return the vegetables to the pot. Add the oil, tarragon, and mint to the vegetables. Use pepper and fleur de sel as seasoning. Serve immediately; it can be used as a side dish.
