Ingredients
- Cucumbers - 2 pieces
- Canned Mushroom Soup - 7.1 oz
- Onion - 1 piece
- Iceberg Lettuce - 3 pieces
- Celery stalk - 3 stalks
- Broccoli - 7.1 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Flaxseeds - 2 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Finely chop the cucumbers, chop the lettuce, slice the onion into rings, and cut the celery stalk into small pieces.
Step 2
Broccoli can be used fresh or frozen; in any case, it should be boiled. If desired, it can be rinsed in cold water afterward. However, I prefer the salad warm, so I chop it immediately after boiling into medium pieces.
Step 3
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Add the canned green peas.
Step 4
Season with salt and pepper, dress with flaxseed oil, and mix well.
