Description
Instead of a regular cucumber, you can also use a long salad cucumber. You will need 1/2 or 1/3 of it. The tomato can be replaced with cherry tomatoes (5 pieces).
Ingredients
- Green Butter - ½ bunch
- Romaine lettuce - ½ bunch
- Potato - 1 piece
- Courgette - 1 piece
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Canned tuna in its own juice - ½ can
- Spanish onions - ½ head
- Olives stuffed with lemon - 6 pieces
- Capers - 10 pieces
- Olive Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Balsamic Vinegar - 1 teaspoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
You will need a deep plate (for example, a soup bowl). Cut all the ingredients in turn into it.
Step 2
Wash both types of lettuce and chop them into small pieces. Cut the tomato into medium wedges or cubes. Slice the cucumber into strips. Chop the egg finely. Then add the tuna (if the pieces are very large, you can lightly mash them with a fork). Slice the onion into half rings. Cut the olives into rounds. Finally, add the capers.
Step 3
Drizzle the salad with olive oil and add a little balsamic vinegar. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 4
Mix the salad just before serving.
