  • Zucchini - 10.6 oz
  • Carrot - 1 piece
  • Tomato - 1 piece
  • Onion - 1 piece
  • Cheese - 1.8 oz
  • Herbs - to taste
  • Salt - to taste
  • Chicken Egg - 2 pieces
  • Milk - 3 fl oz
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Peel the zucchini, remove the seeds, and cut it into thin half-moons. Cut the onion, carrot, and tomato into half-moons.

Step 2

Grease a baking dish with oil, layer the carrots and onions, zucchini, and tomato, season with salt and pepper, and place in the oven for 15 minutes at 200°C.

Step 3

Prepare the sauce: lightly beat the eggs, add milk, salt, and pepper.

Step 4

Once the vegetables are browned, remove them, sprinkle with herbs, and pour the sauce over. Top with grated cheese and return to the oven for about 5-7 minutes.
