- Carrot - 7.1 oz
- Rutabaga - 7.1 oz
- Pumpkin - 10.6 oz
- Milk - 1½ cups
- White Cabbage - 10.6 oz
- Semolina - ½ cup
- Breadcrumbs - ½ cup
- Chicken Egg - 3 pieces
- Sugar - 1 teaspoon
- Vegetable Oil - 3 tablespoons

Step 1
Peel and wash the carrots and rutabaga, then finely chop them, place in a pot, add hot milk and a tablespoon of oil, sugar, and salt, cover with a lid, and place on the stove to stew.
Step 2
After 15 minutes, add the chopped cabbage to the same pot, then add the peeled and diced pumpkin or zucchini, and stew everything until cooked, approximately 15-20 minutes.
Step 3
When the vegetables are ready, sprinkle semolina into the pot and cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring constantly to avoid lumps.
Step 4
After that, place the pot on the table, add the eggs and salt, mix well, and let cool. Proceed in the same way as when making patties from carrots.
