  • Mixed tomatoes of different colors - 7.1 oz
  • Pesto - 5 tablespoons
  • Olive Oil - 3 tablespoons
  • Sour Cream - 4.6 oz
  • Garlic - 0.4 oz
  • Chili jam - 1 tablespoon
  • Ground Black Pepper - ½ teaspoon
  • Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese - 6 tablespoons

Slice the eggplants into pieces about 1 cm thick and place them in heated oil in a skillet. Add a little salt.
