Vegetable Pie with Cheese
Ingredients
- Eggplants - 15.9 oz
- Mixed tomatoes of different colors - 7.1 oz
- Pesto - 5 tablespoons
- Olive Oil - 3 tablespoons
- Sour Cream - 4.6 oz
- Garlic - 0.4 oz
- Chili jam - 1 tablespoon
- Ground Black Pepper - ½ teaspoon
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese - 6 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Slice the eggplants into pieces about 1 cm thick and place them in heated oil in a skillet. Add a little salt.
Step 2
Arrange the eggplants in a single layer in a baking dish.
Step 3
Generously spread pesto sauce on top.
Step 4
Then layer the sliced yellow tomatoes, cut into pieces about 5 mm thick, in a single layer.
Step 5
Press the garlic into the sour cream using a garlic press.
Step 6
Add chili sauce and ground pepper.
Step 7
Mix and coat the tomatoes with the resulting sauce. Add a little salt.
Step 8
Top with the remaining eggplants.
Step 9
Sprinkle with grated cheese.
Step 10
Place in a preheated oven at 356°F.
Step 11
After 10 minutes, the pie is ready.
Step 12
Cut into portions and serve.
