Vegetable puree with sun-dried tomatoes
Ingredients
- Cauliflower - 12.3 oz
- Broccoli - 3.5 oz
- 10% cream - 0 fl oz
- Butter - 1.8 oz
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Pink Himalayan Salt - to taste
- Whole egg - 1 piece
- Sun-Dried Tomatoes - to taste
- Allspice berries - 2 pieces
Step by Step guide

Prepare the vegetables.
Step 2
Crush the garlic with a chef's knife.
Step 3
Place the vegetables in a pot.
Step 4
Add the garlic.
Step 5
Pour in water and add salt. Put on high heat.
Step 6
Bring to a boil and reduce the heat to medium.
Step 7
Add the allspice berries.

Cover with a lid and cook for 20 minutes.

Remove the allspice berries and drain the water.

Add the butter and cream.

Add the egg yolk.

Add ground pepper, salt to taste, and puree.

Finely chop the tomatoes.
