Ingredients

  • Cauliflower - 12.3 oz
  • Broccoli - 3.5 oz
  • 10% cream - 0 fl oz
  • Butter - 1.8 oz
  • Garlic - 1 clove
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Pink Himalayan Salt - to taste
  • Whole egg - 1 piece
  • Sun-Dried Tomatoes - to taste
  • Allspice berries - 2 pieces

Prepare the vegetables.
