Ingredients

  • Skin-On Chicken Breasts - 2 pieces
  • Marinated cherries - 10.6 oz
  • Pitted olives - 3.5 oz
  • Feta cheese - 3.5 oz
  • Mixed salad greens - to taste
  • Garlic - 2 cloves
  • Parsley - to taste
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Olive Oil - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Clean the chicken breast from membranes and rub with salt and ground black pepper.

Step 2

Heat a greased grill pan and fry the chicken until cooked through.

Step 3

Place on a plate and let cool.

Step 4

In a serving dish, tear the salad leaves into large pieces, add halved cherry tomatoes, diced feta, chopped parsley, and olives.

Step 5

Slice the cooled chicken into strips and add to the vegetables and cheese.

Step 6

For the dressing, mix olive oil with the crushed garlic.

Step 7

Drizzle the dressing over the salad and gently toss.
