Description

- Carrot - 1 piece
- Beetroot - 1 piece
- White Cabbage - 10.6 oz
- Onion - 1 piece
- Potato - 3 pieces
- Meat - 14.1 oz
- Vegetable Oil - to taste
- Mayonnaise - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Shred the fresh cabbage into thin strips.
Step 2
Grate the carrot and beetroot (also fresh) on a coarse grater.
Step 3
Cut the potatoes into sticks and fry them in vegetable oil.
Step 4
Slice the onion into half rings and marinate in mayonnaise for 30 minutes.
Step 5
Cut the meat (I personally cook with beef, but chicken works well too) into sticks and fry until cooked through.
Step 6
In a salad bowl, layer the cabbage, beetroot, carrot, potato, onion, and place the meat in the center. Before serving, dress the salad with mayonnaise and mix everything together.
