Ingredients
- Napa Cabbage - 2.3 oz
- Avocado - 1 piece
- Olive Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese - 1½ tablespoons
- Salmon - 3 oz
- Lemon - 1 piece
- Sun-Dried Tomatoes - 3 pieces
- Quail Egg - 4 pieces
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Saffron - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Chop the Napa cabbage into small pieces.
Step 2
Add diced avocado and dress with olive oil.
Step 3
Season with salt and saffron.
Step 4
Top with cheese and chili pepper.
Step 5
Shred the salmon and place it in a pan, seasoning with black pepper. Squeeze lemon juice over it.
Step 6
Sauté for about 3–4 minutes over high heat, stirring occasionally. Then let it cool slightly.
Step 7
Finely chop the tomatoes.
Step 8
Add the tomatoes to the other ingredients.
Step 9
Then add the quartered hard-boiled quail eggs.
Step 10
Top with the fish and serve.
