  • Arugula - 2 bunches
  • Avocado - 1 piece
  • Mayonnaise - 4 tablespoons
  • Sour Cream - 4 tablespoons
  • Olive Oil - 3 tablespoons
  • Garlic - 3 cloves
  • Scallions - 1 bunch
  • Ocean salt - to taste
