Ingredients

  • Potato - 3.5 oz
  • Chicken Egg - ½ piece
  • Tomatoes - 1.8 oz
  • Cucumbers - 1.8 oz
  • Sour Cream - 1.8 oz
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Parsley - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Boil the potatoes.

Step 2

Peel them.

Step 3

Cut into slices.

Step 4

Wash the cucumbers and tomatoes, and also cut them into slices.

Step 5

In a salad bowl, layer the potatoes, cucumbers, and tomatoes alternately, sprinkle with salt and pepper, drizzle with sour cream (sour cream can be served separately), and top with the egg, sliced.

Step 6

When serving, sprinkle the salad with finely chopped parsley.

Step 7

Garnish the salad with a tulip cut from a tomato.
