Vegetable Salad with Ham, Yogurt, and Anchovies

Ingredients

  • Salad Potatoes - 4 pieces
  • Anchovies - 8 pieces
  • Ham - 3.5 oz
  • Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
  • Carrot - 1 piece
  • Green Peas - 1.8 oz
  • Pickles - 4 pieces
  • Olive Oil - 4 tablespoons
  • Apple - 1.8 oz
  • Herbs - 1 bunch
  • Natural Yogurt - 3 tablespoons
  • Salt - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Boil the potatoes and carrots and cut them into cubes.

Step 2

Hard boil the eggs and slice them.

Step 3

Grate the pickles on a coarse grater.

Step 4

Boil the green peas in salted water.

Step 5

Peel the apple and cut it into cubes.

Step 6

Cut the boiled ham into cubes.

Step 7

Chop the anchovies and mix them with olive oil. Add the natural yogurt and whisk thoroughly.

Step 8

Combine all the ingredients and dress the salad with the anchovy sauce. Add salt and sprinkle with chopped herbs.
