  • Dijon Mustard - ½ teaspoon
  • Wine Vinegar - 2 tablespoons
  • Extra virgin olive oil - 4 tablespoons
  • Sugar - a pinch
  • Salt - a pinch

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Chop all the vegetables and herbs coarsely: slice the cucumbers, cut the tomatoes into wedges, slice the onion into rings, and cut the pepper into strips. Place everything in a salad bowl. The key to the salad is the dressing.

Step 2

For the dressing: mix the mustard with the vinegar, add salt and sugar, and then gradually whisk in the olive oil. You can also add ground black pepper. Taste the dressing; it should be to your liking. Adjust the ingredients to your taste.
