Ingredients
- Red Currant - 10.6 oz
- Green Papaya - 10.6 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground coriander - ½ teaspoon
- Peanut Sprouts - 1.8 oz
- Ground Cumin - a pinch
- Sour Cream - 4 tablespoons
- Mustard Greens - 1 teaspoon
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Orange juice concentrate - 1 tablespoon
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 1 tablespoon
- Mayonnaise - 1 tablespoon
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare each type of cabbage separately: clean, shred into 'noodles', lightly sprinkle with salt, and let sit for 10 minutes.
Step 2
Then add crushed coriander, ground cumin, mash to soften the cabbage, and salt to taste again.

Chop the peanuts coarsely.
Step 4
Prepare the sour cream sauce: whip together ½ cup of sour cream, 1 teaspoon of mustard, and 1 egg in a bowl.

Mix the sauce with lemon juice, orange juice, mayonnaise, and crushed peanuts.

Add salt and pepper to taste.

Arrange both types of cabbage side by side on a plate without mixing, drizzle with the sauce, and garnish with peanuts.
