  • Olive Oil - 2 spoons
  • Ocean salt - a pinch
  • Ground Black Pepper - a pinch

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Cook the quinoa in 300 milliliters of water for 15 minutes.

Step 2

Dice the tomatoes, bell pepper, and feta cheese into small cubes. Crush and mince the garlic. Finely chop the parsley.

Step 3
