Ingredients
- Romaine lettuce - ½ bunch
- Orange Bell Peppers - ½ piece
- Potato - 1 piece
- Celery salt - 1 stalk
- Courgette - 1 piece
- Avocado - 1 piece
- Olive Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Balsamic Vinegar - 1 teaspoon
- Water - 1 tablespoon
- Brown Sugar - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
- Mixed Ground Peppers - to taste
- Herbs - to taste
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 1 teaspoon
- Feta cheese - 3.5 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Wash and dry the lettuce leaves, herbs, and vegetables.
Step 2
Place the lettuce leaves in a salad bowl and drizzle them with lemon juice.
Step 3
Cut the vegetables into cubes and finely chop the herbs.
Step 4
Combine the vegetables and herbs in a separate bowl, season with salt, and mix. Place the resulting mixture on top of the lettuce leaves.
Step 5
In a separate bowl, mix the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, brown sugar, and water.
Step 6
Cut the Serbian feta into cubes and arrange it on top of the salad.
Step 7
Add the dressing. Sprinkle the mixed peppers from a grinder on top.
