  • Chopped Sage Leaves - 2 tablespoons
  • Anchovy fillet - 1 teaspoon
  • Banana Leaves - 19.8 oz
  • Peeled Cooked Shrimp - 12 oz
  • Marinated cherries - 7.1 oz
  • Courgette - ½ piece
  • Chickpea - 7.8 oz
  • Canned Palm Hearts - 7.1 oz
  • Celery stalk - 1.2 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

In a blender, blend the finely chopped avocado with buttermilk, tarragon, and minced anchovies until smooth.

Step 2

Arrange the lettuce on 4 plates. Top with sliced cucumber, halved cherry tomatoes, shrimp, chickpeas, finely chopped artichokes, and celery.
