Ingredients

  • Shrimp - 10.6 oz
  • Cucumbers - 3.5 oz
  • Salad Potatoes - 17.6 oz
  • Green Peas - 3.5 oz
  • Carrot - 2.6 oz
  • Eel - 1.8 oz
  • Mayonnaise - 4.4 oz
  • Sour Cream - 3.5 oz
  • Chicken Egg - 1 piece
  • Salt - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Boil the shrimp, peel them, shred them, and cool.

Step 2

Slice the boiled potatoes and carrots thinly.

Step 3

Boil the egg.

Step 4

Wash the cucumbers (if they are overripe, peel them) and slice thinly.

Step 5

Mix the prepared vegetables, add green peas, mayonnaise or sour cream, salt, and mix again.

Step 6

Then, pile the vegetables in a salad bowl and place the boiled shrimp on top.

Step 7

Garnish the finished dish with slices of boiled egg and lettuce leaves.
