Ingredients
- Artichoke bottoms - 10.6 oz
- Olive Oil - 3 fl oz
- Vinegar essence - 1 tablespoon
- Mustard Greens - 1 tablespoon
- Sugar - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Thyme - to taste
- Orange Bell Peppers - 1 piece
- Eel - 3.5 oz
- Cheese Spread - 1.8 oz
- Courgette - 1 piece
- Carrot - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 head
- Olives stuffed with lemon - 10 pieces
- Kalamata olives - 10 pieces
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the canned artichokes and marinate them for a few hours. For the marinade, mix mustard oil with vinegar, mustard, and sugar. Add chopped garlic and thyme.
Step 2
Remove seeds from the bell pepper and cut it into strips.
Step 3
Shred the lettuce leaves.
Step 4
Slice the cucumber into thin rounds.
Step 5
Cut the cheese into cubes.
Step 6
Peel the carrot and grate it on a coarse grater.
Step 7
Slice the onion into thin half-rings.
Step 8
Cut the olives and black olives in half.
Step 9
Mix all the ingredients and dress the salad with olive oil. Add salt and pepper to taste.
