- Potato - 1 piece
- Dill - 1.1 oz
- Cress salad - 1.1 oz
- Radish - 4.6 oz
- Sour Cream - 3 tablespoons
- Olive Oil - 1½ tablespoons

Peel and chop the cucumbers.

Finely chop the suluguni cheese.

Finely chop the dill and cress.
Step 4
Place the cucumbers and greens in a deep bowl.
