Ingredients
- Mixed salad greens - 2 bunches
- Arugula - 1 bunch
- Cucumbers - 2 pieces
- Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
- Chives - ½ bunch
- Olive Oil - 3 tablespoons
- Sun-Dried Tomatoes - to taste
- Pink Himalayan Salt - to taste
- Canned tuna in its own juice - 4.6 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil the eggs hard, then cool them under running water for 2–3 minutes.
Step 2
Thoroughly rinse the greens.
Step 3
Tear the greens by hand.
Step 4
Slice the cucumbers into wedges.
Step 5
In a large bowl, combine the salad greens, cucumbers, and add the oil.
Step 6
Add salt.
Step 7
Add the chopped chives.
Step 8
Carefully place pieces of tuna on top.
Step 9
Peel the eggs.
Step 10
Slice the eggs and add them to the salad.
Step 11
Top with roughly torn arugula.
Step 12
Add finely chopped sun-dried tomatoes and serve.
