Ingredients
- Onion - 9.3 oz
- Orange Bell Peppers - 2 pieces
- Carrot - 1 piece
- Olive Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Butter - 2 pieces
- Mixed Ground Peppers - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
- Flaky sea salt - a pinch
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Chop the onion coarsely.
Step 2
Do the same with the carrot and bell pepper.
Step 3
Heat the butter and olive oil in a skillet.
Step 4
Add 2 pinches of coarse salt.
Step 5
Place the vegetables in the oil.
Step 6
Add the mixed peppers.
Step 7
After 3–4 minutes, stir and reduce the heat to medium.
Step 8
Cover with a lid and simmer for about 7–8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 9
Then season with salt and stir.
Step 10
After 1 minute, remove from heat and transfer to a plate. Enjoy your meal!
