Vegetable Stew in Spicy Sauce
Ingredients
- Cauliflower - 14.1 oz
- Carrot - 5.3 oz
- Olive Oil - 4 tablespoons
- 10% cream - 3 fl oz
- Sour Cream - 4 tablespoons
- Dijon Mustard - 3 teaspoons
- Worcestershire Sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Courgette - 1 piece
- Toasted Sesame - 6 tablespoons
- Ramiro Pepper - 10.6 oz
- Flaky sea salt - to taste
- Ocean salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Chop the cauliflower and carrot into small pieces.
Step 2
Add the vegetables to the heated oil in the pan.
Step 3
Chop the zucchini into small pieces as well.
Step 4
Add the zucchini to the vegetables.
Step 5
Stir after 3 minutes.
Step 6
Add chopped onion and pepper, and season with coarse salt.
Step 7
After 3 minutes, add sesame seeds and stir. Lower the heat.
Step 8
In a deep bowl, combine sour cream, cream, and mustard.
Step 9
Add garlic and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well.
Step 10
After 5–6 minutes of adding sesame seeds, add the prepared sauce to the stew and mix.
Step 11
After 3–4 minutes, remove from heat and transfer to a deep dish. Optionally, garnish with a pinch of sesame seeds.
