Ingredients
- Salad Potatoes - 8.8 oz
- Lamb - 17.6 oz
- Green Peas - 4.2 oz
- Onion - 1 piece
- Leek - 1 piece
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Carrot - 1 piece
- Passata Tomato Sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Chicken Broth - 1 cup
- Marjoram - to taste
- Vegetable Oil - 4 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the meat and vegetables (except for the peas and garlic) into pieces and fry separately in vegetable oil.
Step 2
Pour the broth over the lamb, add the tomato paste, and simmer for 20 minutes. Add the fried vegetables to the meat and simmer for another 15 minutes.
Step 3
Stir in the peas, crushed garlic, season with salt and marjoram, and simmer for 10 minutes.
