- Carrot - 1 piece
- Courgette - 1 piece
- White Cabbage - ½ pieces
- Tomatoes - 2 pieces
- Vegetable Oil - 0 fl oz
- Salt - a pinch
- Onion - 1 piece
- Water - 1 fl oz
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Pour vegetable oil into the saucepan.
Step 2
Finely chop the onion and sauté until lightly golden.
Step 3
Grate the carrot using a coarse grater, add it to the saucepan, and sauté for about 5–7 minutes.
Step 4
Finely chop the cabbage, add it to the carrots, and sauté for about 10 minutes.
Step 5
Peel the zucchini, grate it coarsely, add it to a skillet, and sauté for about 10 minutes, stirring constantly.
Step 6
Chop the tomato and add it to the mixture.
Step 7
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 8
Pour in the water, mix everything well, and let it simmer for 10 minutes covered, reducing the heat.
