- Potatoes - 3 pieces
- White Cabbage - 7.1 oz
- Tomatoes - 10.6 oz
- Carrot - 1 piece
- Zucchini - 8.8 oz
- Onion - 1 piece
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the cabbage, potatoes, tomatoes, and zucchini into large cubes.
Step 2
Grate the carrot. Slice the onion into rings. Finely chop the garlic.
Step 3
Place the potatoes at the bottom of a pot, then add the cabbage and carrot on top. Pour in drinking water until it slightly covers the potatoes. Simmer on low heat for 4-5 minutes.
Step 4
Then add the zucchini and tomatoes, season with salt, and simmer for another 3-4 minutes. While the stew is cooking, sauté the onion in vegetable oil until golden. Combine the stewed vegetables with the fried onion, add water as needed, and simmer until the vegetables are fully cooked.
Step 5
Turn off the heat, add the garlic, cover the stew with a lid, and let it sit for 5-7 minutes to allow the vegetables to absorb the garlic aroma.
