Ingredients
- Cauliflower - 2 lbs
- Sweet Pepper - 24.7 oz
- Young zucchini - 1 piece
- Tomatoes - 17.6 oz
- Onion - 8.8 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Carrot - 7.1 oz
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Herbs - to taste
- Vegetable Oil - to taste
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Scallions - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Finely chop the onion. Grate the carrot using a medium grater. Separate the cabbage into florets. Peel the zucchini and cut it into cubes. Remove the seeds from the bell pepper and slice it into strips. Dice the tomatoes.
Step 2
Sauté the onion in vegetable oil, then add the carrot.
Step 3
Add the cabbage, zucchini, and bell pepper, and simmer covered for about 10 minutes (no water needed, the vegetables will release their own juice).
Step 4
Then add the tomatoes, season with salt and pepper, add finely chopped garlic, and simmer (covered) until cooked through (I can't specify the exact time).
