Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 17.6 oz
- Onion - 3 pieces
- Carrot - 5 pieces
- Canned Mushroom Soup - 10.6 oz
- Cauliflower - 1 piece
- Canned Corn - 10.6 oz
- Sour Cream - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Red Long Chili Peppers - 2 pieces
- Vegetable Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Celery salt - 2 stalks
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Peel the carrots and onions. Remove the seeds from the bell pepper. Then, finely chop the onion, carrot, celery, and bell pepper. Break the cabbage into small florets and cut them into thin strips.
Step 2
Sauté the carrots, bell peppers, onions, celery, and chicken in a small amount of vegetable oil. Then, simmer over medium heat for 10–15 minutes, stirring constantly.
Step 3
Place the cauliflower florets into the roasting pan where the onions, bell peppers, carrots, celery, and chicken are simmering. Next, continue to cook the dish over high heat for about 3–5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Then, gradually reduce the heat and cover, cooking for an additional 10 minutes.
Step 4
Add corn, peas, and sour cream to the stew. Season with salt and let it simmer on low heat for 10–15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 5
The stew is served hot.
