Vegetable Stew with Chicken
Ingredients
- Onion - 1 head
- Tomatoes - 3 pieces
- Chicken Thighs - 3 pieces
- 33% Cream - 8 fl oz
- Minced garlic - 3 cloves
- Olive Oil - 8 fl oz
- Dill - 1 bunch
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Courgette - 2 pieces
- Carrot - 1 piece
- Fresh Mushrooms - 7 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the mushrooms into cubes and fry until cooked. Separate the chicken fillet from the thighs. Fry the chopped fillet until cooked, then add the mushrooms, peeled and cubed tomatoes, and finely chopped onion. Then add the cream, minced garlic, finely chopped dill, salt, pepper, and mix. Continue to simmer for 30 minutes.
Step 2
In a clean skillet, fry the cubed zucchini and tomatoes, and carrot, adding salt. Continue to simmer for 25 minutes.
Step 3
Transfer the finished stew to the chicken fillet.
