Ingredients
- Courgette - 35.3 oz
- Eggplants - 6.3 oz
- Frozen green bean pods - 7.1 oz
- Pork fat - 5.3 oz
- Garlic - 1.4 oz
- Onion - 5.3 oz
- Worcestershire Sauce - 3 tablespoons
- Olive Oil - 4 tablespoons
- Lemon-Pepper Mix - to taste
- Ocean salt - to taste
- Soy Sauce - 1½ tablespoons
- Sour Cream - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the zucchini into cubes.
Step 2
Cut the eggplant into cubes.
Step 3
Chop the onion coarsely.
Step 4
Chop the garlic coarsely.
Step 5
Place the diced pork fat in a preheated skillet over high heat. Fry, stirring, for 3–4 minutes.
Step 6
Add the onion and season with pepper. Fry for another 2 minutes.
Step 7
Transfer the onion and pork fat to a deep bowl.
Step 8
Place the zucchini and eggplant in the same skillet.
Step 9
Add the olive oil and mix. Fry over high heat for 3–4 minutes.
Step 10
Add the peas.
Step 11
Season with salt and pepper.
Step 12
Add the Worcestershire sauce. Mix well.
Step 13
Add the soy sauce and mix. Cover and simmer for 10–12 minutes over medium heat.
Step 14
Add the garlic. Mix well.
Step 15
After 2 minutes, add the onion and cracklings. Mix and simmer for another 1 minute.
Step 16
Serve on a plate, optionally adding sour cream and enjoy.
